An Independent Shop on Industrial Parkway
Auto Repair for Dublin Drivers
Tizzano Automotive is an owner-operated shop on Industrial Parkway. Nick grew up in Dublin and spent twelve years as a dealership technician before opening his own doors, and a number of the Dublin drivers who use the shop had been bringing him their cars long before it existed.
What is different from a dealership is who you deal with. There is no service advisor relaying messages between you and the shop floor. The person who diagnoses your car is the person who repairs it, and he is the one who calls you about it.
What Dublin Customers Come In For:- Brake repair, from a squeal through to a full pad and rotor job
- Check engine lights and drivability faults that need real diagnosis
- Suspension and steering work, including struts, joints and bushings
- Tires, scheduled maintenance and general mechanical repair
Worth Asking Any Shop
Dublin is not short of places to take a car, which is exactly why it is worth knowing what separates them. These are fair questions to put to any shop, including this one, before you hand over the keys.
Before You Leave Your Car:- Will you tell me what you found before you start the repair?
- Can I see the old part, or the measurement that condemned it?
- Are you diagnosing the cause, or replacing the part named in the code?
- Do I get the choice between parts, or is that decided for me?
- Who actually works on my car, and can I speak to them?
A shop that answers those comfortably is usually a shop worth using. One that gets vague about them is telling you something too.

What Dublin Drivers Say
Genuine Google reviews from customers who list Dublin as home.
"I've been taking my cars to Nick in Dublin for years and have had an excellent experience every time. Over the years, I've had everything done from routine services like an oil change or tire swap to serious repairs like fixing oil leaks and broken suspensions and the work was always done correctly, expeditiously, and for a fair price. It's a pleasure to go to a no pressure, friendly environment and meet with someone who is so passionate and knowledgeable about cars. I can't recommend Nick enough!"
Paul G. Dublin, OH"Nick gave detailed quotes, showed me the new OEM parts and did great work."
Jiming C. Dublin, OH"Nick is great!!! Great service to my vehicle and a great price! I will be using Tizzano Automotive for every vehicle for now on!!!"

How a Visit Works
Knowing how an appointment runs makes the first visit a lot easier.
- 01
Call or Text First
Tell us the vehicle and what it is doing. This is a one-technician shop, so scheduling ahead means your car gets looked at rather than parked.
- 02
Drop the Car Off
The shop is on Industrial Parkway. Bring anything you have noticed about when the problem happens, because that detail saves diagnostic time later.
- 03
Findings Before Work
You get a call with what was found, how it was confirmed and what the repair involves. Nothing proceeds until you have agreed to it.
- 04
Repair and Pick Up
The work is completed and road tested before you collect it, and you are welcome to ask to see whatever came off the car.
Questions from Dublin Drivers
Yes. Several of the Dublin drivers who use the shop were bringing their cars to Nick before he opened it, and they followed him here. The shop is on Industrial Parkway and every repair is carried out there.
7650 Industrial Pkwy, Suite B2. The easiest way to find us is the pin on our Google listing, or call (614) 802-6549 and we will talk you in.
Not in-house. Alignments need equipment we do not currently have, so rather than pretend otherwise we arrange it for you when suspension or steering work calls for one. It is handled, just not under our roof.
Not at the moment. Air conditioning service requires equipment the shop has not purchased yet, so we would rather tell you plainly than take the car in and disappoint you. The same goes for transmission rebuilds and internal engine work.
The vehicle and the details. When the problem happens, at what speed, hot or cold, constant or intermittent, and whether anything changed just before it started. That information narrows a diagnosis faster than any tool does.
It comes down to what you want from the visit. A dealership has the brand tooling and a service drive, and for warranty work that is the right call. What you give up is access. Here you speak directly to the technician working on your car, you hear what was actually found before anything is replaced, and you can ask to see the old part. That is what this shop is built around.
