One Technician, From Diagnosis to Keys
Auto Repair for Marysville Drivers
Marysville is not short of repair shops, and we are not going to pretend we are the only option. Tizzano Automotive is an owner-operated shop in Plain City, and Marysville drivers come to us for a specific reason rather than a geographic one.
Nick spent twelve years as a dealership technician before opening his own shop. There is no service advisor in between. The person who diagnoses your car is the person who repairs it and the person who calls you about it, which means nothing gets lost in translation on the way to you.
What Marysville Customers Come In For:- Brake repair, from a squeal through to a full pad and rotor job
- Check engine lights and drivability faults that need real diagnosis
- Suspension, steering and wheel bearing work
- Exhaust repair, tires, scheduled maintenance and general repair
Why Drive Past a Closer Shop
It is a fair question and it deserves a straight answer rather than a slogan. There are good shops in Marysville. If your car needs an oil change and nothing else, the nearest competent one is a perfectly sensible choice, and we would say so.
Where the Difference Actually Shows Up:- Faults nobody has managed to pin down, where the last repair did not fix it
- Check engine lights that were cleared somewhere else and came straight back
- Noises and vibrations that need testing rather than a parts guess
- Work where you want to talk to the person holding the wrench
That is the honest boundary. For routine work, convenience wins and should. For anything that needs diagnosis, or where you want to understand what you are paying for and why, the drive tends to pay for itself.

What Marysville Drivers Say
Genuine Google reviews from customers who list Marysville as home.
"I've been bringing my car to Nick for a while now, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Nick has handled a variety of jobs for me, and every single time the work has been done right. What really sets him apart is how informative he is throughout the whole process. He takes the time to explain what's going on with your vehicle so you actually understand what you're paying for. He never tries to upsell you on things you don't need."
Chan H. Marysville, OH"Nick has taken excellent care of our family's cars for many years! Everything from the basics like oil changes and tire rotations, to more involved engine and transmission services. He is always so kind and transparent, taking time to explain things in detail and provide guidance for repairs. Having an independent shop that we can trust is definitely a blessing! Highly recommend Tizzano Automotive for any automotive repair or service needs!"

How a Visit Works
Knowing how an appointment runs makes the first visit a lot easier.
- 01
Call or Text First
Tell us the vehicle and what it is doing. This is a one-technician shop, so scheduling ahead means your car gets looked at rather than parked.
- 02
Drop the Car Off
Bring anything you have noticed about when the problem happens, because that detail saves diagnostic time later.
- 03
Findings Before Work
You get a call with what was found, how it was confirmed and what the repair involves. Nothing proceeds until you have agreed to it.
- 04
Repair and Pick Up
The work is completed and road tested before you collect it, and you are welcome to ask to see whatever came off the car.
Questions from Marysville Drivers
Yes. Marysville customers are a regular part of the shop's work. Tizzano Automotive is located in Plain City and every repair is carried out there, so this is a page about who we serve rather than a second location.
7650 Industrial Pkwy, Suite B2. The easiest way to find us is the pin on our Google listing, or call (614) 802-6549 and we will talk you in.
For routine work, probably not, and we would rather say that than talk you into it. Where it becomes worth it is diagnosis: a fault that has already been to another shop, a light that keeps coming back, or a noise nobody has managed to pin down. That is the work where getting it right the first time saves more than the trip costs.
Not in-house. Alignments need equipment we do not currently have, so rather than pretend otherwise we arrange it for you when suspension or steering work calls for one. It is handled, just not under our roof.
Not at the moment. Air conditioning service requires equipment the shop has not purchased yet, so we would rather tell you plainly than take the car in and disappoint you. The same goes for transmission rebuilds and internal engine work.
It comes down to what you want from the visit. A dealership has the brand tooling and a service drive, and for warranty work that is the right call. What you give up is access. Here you speak directly to the technician working on your car, you hear what was actually found before anything is replaced, and you can ask to see the old part. That is what this shop is built around.
