General Mechanical Repair
Plenty of repairs do not announce themselves as one of the categories above. A charging fault that leaves you guessing about the battery, a cooling system losing coolant with nothing obvious on the floor, a fuel delivery problem that only shows up warm. This is the everyday mechanical work an independent shop is built for, and it is where a broad general repair background matters more than a specialty.
Services Include:- Cooling system repairs, including hoses, thermostats and leaks
- Charging and starting system diagnosis and repair
- Fuel delivery faults, including pumps, filters and injectors
- Selected upper-engine work including lifters, rockers and cylinder heads
It is worth being straight about the limits too. We do not currently offer air conditioning service, we do not take on internal engine rebuilds, and alignments are not performed in-house, though we can arrange one for you after suspension or steering work. Transmission work here means fluid service, not rebuilds or replacements.
